Job Title Operations Manager Location Beaverton, OR (On-Site) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced operations professional to help drive cross-functional retail initiatives from planning through execution. This role offers the opportunity to bring structure to complex work, keep stakeholders aligned, and support high-impact programs that move strategy into action. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end coordination of retail initiatives from planning through execution. Build and maintain integrated workback schedules across multiple concurrent projects. Facilitate recurring meetings, document decisions, track action items, and keep milestones on course. Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, and reports while escalating risks with proposed mitigation plans. Required 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, retail operations, or a related field. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a retail, consumer products, or apparel environment. Demonstrated expertise developing and managing detailed workback schedules across multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity with confidence. Airtable proficiency is required, and the team uses this tool frequently.
