GCP Product Delivery Lead | 10+ Years of Experience | Onsite | Jersey City, NJ | Contract-to-Hire

Walker Healthforce is seeking a GCP Product Delivery Lead with 10+ years of product management and cloud platform delivery experience to lead onboarding capabilities and onboarding pipeline initiatives within a large-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. This is an 8-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

HOURS/SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or related leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) initiatives
• Proven experience leading technical platform products, cloud onboarding programs, or enterprise platform delivery initiatives
• Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, release planning, and delivery governance
• Experience translating technical, risk, security, and compliance requirements into executable delivery plans
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, security, networking, IAM, and compliance teams
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be willing to convert to a full-time employee upon completion of the contract period
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Jersey City, New Jersey
• Strong experience driving enterprise-scale platform adoption and onboarding initiatives
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Must be authorized to work on a W2 basis

WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
• Experience supporting cloud transformation or modernization initiatives within regulated industries
• Knowledge of enterprise security, risk, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platform engineering, infrastructure, networking, or IAM teams
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Product Owner, PMP, or related certifications
• Experience defining operational metrics and delivery performance dashboards
• Background in financial services, banking, healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated environments

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own delivery of cloud onboarding capabilities and onboarding pipeline initiatives as a product
• Build and manage product roadmaps, delivery plans, and backlog priorities aligned to onboarding outcomes and business objectives
• Define and manage onboarding control gates, milestones, dependencies, and release readiness requirements
• Coordinate delivery efforts across IAM, networking, security, compliance, and platform engineering teams
• Drive execution cadence through planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and delivery checkpoints
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including onboarding lead time, adoption, defect leakage, throughput, and operational quality metrics
• Translate regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements into actionable product and delivery plans
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through proactive communication, issue management, and executive reporting
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalation activities across onboarding initiatives
• Support release planning, launch readiness, and post-release monitoring activities
• Continuously evaluate onboarding processes and identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and platform adoption
• Maintain transparent reporting on roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans
