Executive Waiter

Job Description

The Executive Waiter position is vital to achieving excellent guest service and executing catering events. The Executive Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences exclusively for executive leadership, C-suite executives, board members, clients, and distinguished guests. Service is delivered in an elegant, discreet environment where professionalism, anticipation of guest needs, and flawless execution are paramount. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality and understands that the finest service is often the least noticeable. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $30.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist catering team on all catering functions
• Deliver polished, attentive, and discreet fine dining service throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.

• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining an unobtrusive presence.

• Execute service efficiently to accommodate executive schedules and business meetings.

• Maintain impeccable table settings and dining room presentation.

• Consistently follow steps of service with efficiency and grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of food, wine, beverage offerings, and service etiquette

• Coordinate seamlessly with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure flawless execution.

• Prepare dining rooms before service and restore them to exceptional standards afterward.

•.Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

• Handle confidential interactions with complete discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fine dining serving experience in luxury restaurants, private clubs, luxury hotels, or executive dining environments.

• .Exceptional knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service standards.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills

• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

• Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
