Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, establishing baselines for treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote recovery.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, incorporating feedback from clients into ongoing care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Stay informed on current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine methodologies and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate records that support client care.

Qualifications\n
