We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk / Member Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors. This role combines customer service, front desk reception, and administrative support in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process payments and maintain records and data entry
• Manage calendars, meetings, room rentals, and orientations
• Prepare meeting and orientation materials
• Order office supplies and maintain the reception and conference areas
• Coordinate building maintenance and communicate with vendors
• Assist members with the Supra eKEY and lockbox system
• Support mail, deliveries, printing orders, and other office activities
• Complete miscellaneous administrative projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
• Completion of an Associate or Bachelor degree, a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, and office equipment
• Ability to work independently and support a team
• Real estate or REALTOR® experience is a plus
