Business Litigation Associate Atlanta, GA, US Experience: Senior Level Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 per year Job Details Our client is seeking a Business Litigation Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience who is looking to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced trial attorneys. This attorney will manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution while working directly with clients and developing into a trusted legal advisor. Responsibilities Manage business and commercial litigation matters through every phase of litigation Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and discovery responses Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case updates Manage deadlines and proactively move matters forward Identify legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies Collaborate with partners on complex commercial disputes Produce high-quality written work with exceptional attention to detail Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active Georgia Bar license or ability to obtain admission 2+ years of litigation experience Commercial or business litigation experience preferred Excellent legal writing and analytical skills Strong oral advocacy abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to independently manage files and prioritize competing deadlines Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Strong client communication skills A bit about us We are a growing Atlanta-based litigation boutique representing businesses in sophisticated commercial disputes.
