Desktop Engineer

Desktop Engineer
Looking for a Desktop Engineer to be responsible for building desktop images, applications, and software patching.
Candidates will be responsible for making sure pc's are compliant for software patches
Building out OS images.
Building software packages - SCCM Experience Required.
Tanium experience is a plus, but not required.
3-5 years' experience with Windows application deployment.
Apple OS experience a plus, but not required.
Understands and learns Lean Thinking and applies it to improve flow within a specific production operation. Implements process improvements in a specific area of ITIL Service Delivery or ITIL Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change etc.). Drives the automation of routine tasks such as Patching, Alerting etc. through the use of Magellan tools such as ServiceNow, Tanium and others.
Responsibilities: 7+ years related experience including a minimum of 3-4 years of designing, building and maintaining infrastructure or application services in IT. Strong coaching capabilities. Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS technologies. Critical thinker. Demonstrated problem solving techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
