Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities aimed at improving patient outcomes. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with individual clients and their family members to identify therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions, while also offering individual therapy tailored to specific family dynamics.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address complex issues such as alcohol abuse, abuse (physical and psychological), grief and loss, and family conflict.

• Employing evidence-based modalities and therapeutic practices to engage patients effectively.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to holistically address patient needs, integrating insights from medical professionals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will work with individuals facing various challenges, including adjustment to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and parent-child conflicts. Qualifications\n
