Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will have diverse and significant responsibilities, focusing on making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. Your daily tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions where clients can share experiences, learn from each other, and support one another in a compassionate setting.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic counseling tailored to individual client needs, guiding them through self-exploration and the development of coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to create customized and goal-oriented treatment plans directed at their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate client outcomes, ensuring that treatment remains effective and responsive to needs.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular communication to coordinate care and discuss complex cases to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a critical transitional age often fraught with mental health challenges. In our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will engage with clients who are seeking comprehensive treatment options that are both evidence-based and supportive. Your role will be pivotal in helping them set realistic goals, build resilience, and ultimately achieve lasting recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
