These positions would like the ideal candidates to be local to the San Diego, Austin, or Carolina’s office, functioning off a hybrid schedule at the intern and managers discretion. (2-3 days in the office)Business Development at LPL Financial is the initial point of contact between LPL & the Financial Advisors. BD interns help build the bridge with advisors seeking greater control over their professional and personal life & our recruitment team. The intern is responsible for driving lead flow into our recruitment teams in order to increase sales.
