Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst - IT

Hiring: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst – IT We are looking for an experienced OCM Analyst to support IT transformation, technology adoption, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives. 2–8 years of relevant Organizational Change Management experience Strong experience supporting IT/technology initiatives Experience with stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills Experience with change management methodologies/frameworks Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives Must be comfortable working onsite Monday–Thursday in Houston ADDIE, SAM, PMP, Agile, or Scrum experience Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Regulated Industries Experience with enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation Candidates may be asked to provide: 1–2 page professional writing/communication sample #J-18808-Ljbffr Resolve Tech Solutions
