Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for a multi-state employee population
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Prepare payroll entries, reconciliations, and standard reporting
• Partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll questions and support audits
• Maintain payroll records and support year-end activities (W-2s, reporting, audits)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-state payroll exposure
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and confidential information
