Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons./ph3Description/h3pEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing professional clients (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas)./liliServe as the primary point of contact for inquiries, product recommendations, and order placements./liliAchieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets./liliIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential./liliReach out to prospective clients to introduce ZO Skin Healths product portfolio./liliStay updated on product knowledge and communicate key benefits to clients./liliEducate clients on ZO Skin Health protocols, best practices, and retail opportunities./liliCollaborate with field sales representatives to support customer needs and align on territory strategies./liliMonitor and report on sales performance and trends within the assigned region./liliProcess and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery./liliResolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure satisfaction./liliMaintain records of interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM tools./liliPrepare reports on account performance and pipeline management./li/ulpKnowledge, Skills Abilities:/pulli2-3 years in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry./liliBachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred./liliCRM Salesforce experience preferred/liliKnowledge of professional skincare products and industry trends./liliPrevious experience working with dermatologists or med spas./liliStrong organizational and leadership skills./liliExcellent communication, time management and negotiation abilities./liliAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously./liliProblem-solving and decision-making capabilities./liliAdaptive, responsive individual able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment; handles pressures well; adjusts plans to meet changing needs./li/ulpWork Environment: The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms. Occasionally, they may work in a warehouse environment, as part of a project, and/or in the field with outside sales./ppWork Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work./ppPhysical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and Project Management systems to retrieve information, generate documents, organize project plans/schedules and coordinate meetings.
