Business Process Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a strategic and motivated Business Process Analyst to drive business transformation and operational excellence within Oracle Financing. In this role, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. You will leverage data, AI‑enabled tools, and industry best practices to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. Preferred Location Bay Area, CA Responsibilities Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable solutions. Partner with global stakeholders to design and implement standardized business processes. Drive cross‑functional projects from planning through execution. Develop process documentation, metrics, and governance to support continuous improvement. Utilize AI and modern productivity tools to enhance analysis and decision‑making. Track project progress, risks, and adoption to ensure successful outcomes. Preferred Qualifications 8+ years of experience in business process management, operations, consulting, or program management. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in a global environment. Knowledge of continuous improvement or project management methodologies. Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and AI‑enabled productivity tools. Self‑driven with strong business acumen and a passion for continuous improvement. Qualifications Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements. Compensation and Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 - $187,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, and reflects Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
