Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions and financial advice to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their financial goals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the consumer banking business
- Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficient in using financial planning and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
