Key Responsibilities\n

As our Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings, from individual sessions to group therapies.

• Providing crisis intervention services and working alongside medical professionals to guarantee that clients experiencing acute distress receive necessary support and resources.

• Keeping meticulous clinical documentation, such as progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting understanding and equipping them with effective coping strategies for managing mental health conditions.

• Engaging in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
