Responsibilities Ensure community safety for residents and staff Maintain the property to an attractive standard Manage and oversee the maintenance budget Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment Carry out resident room renovations and minor repairs as needed Familiarize with fire and life safety prevention equipment Qualifications Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred) Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing Ability to perform resident room renovation Familiarity with fire and life safety prevention equipment Ability to perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment Valid driver’s license Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks Meridian Senior Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
