About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Platform Implementations Specialist to lead transformative client onboarding and platform implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, and driving platform enhancements based on client requirements. Key responsibilities include managing all phases of client onboarding projects, developing and maintaining project plans, configuring platforms, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes. The role also involves engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, providing strategic guidance on platform utilization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 6-10 years of experience in project management, client software implementations, or operations within financial services or fintech. The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and a strong proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, with experience in presenting to diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of wealth management and private banking processes is advantageous, and experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
