divh2Accounts Payable Coordinator/h2pThe Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for cutting and mailing all checks from various entities, as well as working closely with accountants and the treasury department to ensure AP processing runs efficiently./ph3Duties and Specifications/h3pThe Accounts Payable Coordinators primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:/pulliHigh-volume processing of invoices from various accounting systems for multiple properties./liliReviewing vendors and working with Operations to ensure updates are made accordingly./liliProcessing voids, re-issues, and reversals./liliMailing checks via regular mail and/or courier./liliEntering manual payments to reconcile items on aging reports./liliProcessing rush requests daily./liliManually enter invoices for closed properties and ZRS corporate when necessary./liliAssisting with reviewing, processing, and filing 1099/1096 tax documents at year-end./liliPerforming additional accounts payable-related duties as needed./li/ulh3Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities/h3ulliProficient in computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office./liliPreferred knowledge of all relevant software programs./liliAbility to read and write in English professionally./liliHigh level of professionalism, poise, and the ability to adapt to changes./liliExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliAbility to work both independently and in a team environment./liliAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation./liliUnderstanding of business practices, principles, processes, and corporate office etiquette./liliStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills./liliAbility to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure./liliAbility to maintain confidentiality for both the company and its clients./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years of Accounts Payable experience./liliAssociates degree in accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred./li/ulh3Working Conditions and Physical Demands/h3pThe Accounts Payable Coordinator works in an office environment and should be able to sit for extended periods of time. The position requires the ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, talk, hear, climb, and lift objects up to 15 pounds with ease. Must be able to operate office equipment such as computer, phone, fax, scanner, etc. The position typically works normal business hours in the corporate office, with occasional evenings or weekends during busy periods, such as in January./ppZRS Management is an equal opportunity employer.
