We're working with a well-established manufacturing company in the Triad area seeking a Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in cost accounting and general ledger functions within a fast-paced operation.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support cost accounting activities, including inventory, labor, and overhead
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and account variances
• Reconcile inventory and support cycle counts and physical inventories
• Assist with AP/AR, fixed assets, and general ledger maintenance
• Work closely with operations and plant leadership to support financial accuracy
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Exposure to cost accounting and inventory accounting strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Excel; ERP system experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented accounting department

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
