Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire. Maintain active certification throughout duration of employment. Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams. Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solve in fast-paced or high-stress scenarios.
