Functional / Integrative Medicine Focus

A growing multispecialty medical group is seeking a Medical Director of Women's Health to lead and develop an innovative women's health program focused on functional, integrative, and preventative medicine, with a strong emphasis on expanding procedural and interventional treatment options.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for a Women's Health program

• Develop protocols addressing hormonal health, metabolic health, menopause, inflammation, and chronic pain

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across pain, orthopedic, vascular, sleep, and wellness services

• Support program growth, provider education, and clinical quality initiatives

• We are looking for someone with a strong clinical and administrative background who can help build and grow this new department from the ground up.

• We would prefer an OB/GYN who is willing to take ownership of the project and see it through as the department develops.

• The physician will have the support of our Chief Medical Officer and Senior Director of Clinical Operations.

Psychiatrist

Qualifications

• MD required

• Board Certified in one of the following specialties:

  • OB/GYN

• Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine

• Leadership experience

• Guide clinical program expansion and provider training

• Active NJ medical license required; dual NJ/NY licensure strongly preferred
