At Dysons, we’re looking for caring, compassionate people to join us as Casual School Bus Supervisors , supporting students with specialist needs and/or intellectual disabilities on their journey to and from school. This role isn’t just about supervision — it’s about connection, reassurance, and care. It’s about being a familiar, trusted face who helps a student feel safe, understood, and valued as they begin and end their day. Why This Role Matters For some students, the bus ride is one of the most important parts of their day. The impact you make may only take a few minutes each morning and afternoon - but it can last all day. About the Role Casual, on-call work during school terms only Morning and afternoon school runs (split shifts, Monday to Friday) Supporting students on Students with Disability (SWD) routes Working closely with drivers, families, schools, and coordinators Ensuring safe, respectful pick-up and drop-off of each student Being part of a team that puts care and dignity first Who We’re Looking For You don’t need previous experience — what matters most is who you are.
