We are currently seeking experienced fleets and operators to join our platform and be part of our growth journey. Summary We are looking for dedicated Towing and Roadside Service Operators to join our dynamic business network. Through the RidenRoll platform, businesses collaborate on experiences, marketing, and user engagement, enhancing efficiency, maximizing profitability, and ensuring top‑notch customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities Utilize our platform to optimize routes, manage schedules, and track performance. Operate and manage transportation services effectively. Ensure timely delivery and exceptional service quality. Respond promptly to dispatch calls. Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment and transport vehicles to designated locations. Provide roadside assistance services such as jump‑starts, tire changes, and lockout services. Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, assist customers in understanding the towing process, handle concerns professionally, and provide excellent customer service. Regularly inspect and maintain the tow truck to ensure it is in safe and operational condition and complete all required paperwork accurately. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck. Qualifications Proven experience as a fleet manager, operator, or related role in the transportation industry. Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment, excellent driving skills with a clean record, a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements for towing operations, and certification in towing and recovery (optional but preferred). Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and vehicles, ability to work in varied weather conditions and times. Must own and maintain a reliable, fully operational tow truck, ideally less than ten years old. Ability to handle stressful situations, provide high‑quality customer service, strong communication skills, and maintain a professional demeanor. Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation tools, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Insurance & Compliance Your company must maintain a business license, commercial general liability of $1 million, workers’ compensation of $1 million, and a million‑dollar auto insurance policy for each occurrence limit, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
