Xplor Mariana Tek empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help drive pipeline to generate more revenue as a business. Some of the responsibilities you’ll have: - Generate ideal prospect lists for our team to sell to - Call prospects and book a demo with our Account Executives - Target key accounts with multi-modal outreach approach - Assist in data quality management and enrichment - Learn CRM best practices and workflows - Participate in sales training programs What would make me a good candidate? - Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales - Motivated to make 40+ calls every day - Attention to detail - Not afraid of rejection from prospects, has tough skin - Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals - Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities - Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!

This position is eligible for a commission plan. This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.
