Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Oklahoma state certification as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience delivering psychological assessments and interventions in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEPs and 504 plans
• Excellent communication and consultation skills with students, educators, and families
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI processes is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations using a variety of diagnostic tools and techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention strategies for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote positive learning environments and effective behavioral supports
• Participate in crisis intervention and response activities as needed
• Contribute to data-driven decisions to support student growth and program effectiveness
