To support procurement activities, the full-time California Licensed Procurement Buyer will manage moderately complex purchase orders, negotiate pricing terms with vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Facilitates the fulfillment of purchase orders by reviewing requisitions, placing orders, and resolving issues with suppliers Negotiates pricing and contract terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements for supplies and services Monitors vendor performance and compliance with contracts, fostering relationships to improve procurement outcomes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field Minimum three (3) years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, distribution operations, or procurement One (1) year of experience in a leadership role Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships preferred Two (2) years of experience negotiating contracts for goods and services preferred
