In this role, you\'ll provide clerical support to facility leadership, coordinate office activities, prepare reports and correspondence, assist with insurance authorization clinical reviews and Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC) correspondence, and help ensure the office operates efficiently while delivering excellent service to residents, families, and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support to the Administrator, Human Resources Director, and department managers Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and administrative files Prepare reports, letters, calendars, flyers, and other facility documents Record and distribute meeting minutes Complete insurance authorization clinical reviews and Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage (NOMNC) correspondence Maintain resident and facility records, policy manuals, and other administrative documentation Serve as backup receptionist as needed Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
