Sales Director

Establish and expand relationships with new enterprise customers to achieve assigned sales quotas and growth targets. Drive the full sales cycle—from initial prospecting and engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and closed sales. Qualify prospects and consult on business challenges, solution options, and value propositions. Maintain strong domain knowledge in AI, digital engineering, cloud modernization, and enterprise IT services to enable meaningful conversations with senior decision makers. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to executives and key stakeholders. Partner with global delivery teams, solution architects, and product specialists to shape winning solutions. Develop territory and account plans that outline strategies for pipeline growth, value delivery, and long-term account expansion. Maintain accurate CRM documentation, sales activity reporting, and forecasting. Collaborate with marketing on targeted lead-generation campaigns. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, and new logo acquisition. Proven success selling AI-led solutions, digital engineering, cloud modernization, managed services, and large transformation programs. Strong understanding of software services and IT solutions. Demonstrated ability to leverage offshore/global delivery models in complex engagements. Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentation and proposal development. Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-growth environment.
