Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead - Chicago

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists. About the Role As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through: Providing individualized therapy Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $80,000-$87,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm Location: 1409 W.
