Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to enhance access to care for our diverse patient base. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to meet patient demands. Joining our remote team allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule that supports our clients' care needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves patients with co-occurring mental health and medical challenges, including but not limited to chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in team settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications to support clinical work.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in delivering integrated care and collaborating with medical professionals will be given preference. Experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as it allows for smoother adaptation to our remote work model.

Compensation and Benefits\n
