Responsibilities Meet the needs of clients (mainly start‑ups, large companies, SMEs, family businesses and the self‑employed) with accounting, tax and administrative processes; keep day‑to‑day accounts, prepare tax returns and annual accounts/report. Supervise the general accounting performed by your team. Review and finalise the preparation of annual tax returns, linked to their respective accounts. Maintain regular, proactive contact with clients and build long‑lasting trusting relationships. Participate in improving internal and digital processes. Assist in the acquisition of new customers using your knowledge of customers, trends, market and network. Train, motivate and develop your team; your success is measured by your team's success. Qualifications Chartered accountant or soon to be qualified. At least 4 years of professional experience managing a portfolio of local commercial clients within a fiduciary or Big‑4 firm in Luxembourg. Leadership and technical expertise recognized by your team. Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to coordinate several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Independent, conscientious and goal‑oriented mindset. Fluent in French or German; good English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an asset.
