Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored interventions based on individual strengths and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to develop and implement holistic treatment plans, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, connecting them to relevant community resources and providing ongoing case management support.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and advocating for reduced stigma associated with mental illness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
