$70,000–$85,000 base DOE + discretionary bonus + benefits| Full-time | On-site 4–5 days/week, Downtown Manhattan A growing, relationship-driven advisory firm is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the senior management team. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, high-performing professional who wants significant responsibility and the opportunity to grow with an entrepreneurial firm. Finance experience is not required. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in start-ups, management consulting, PR, advertising, government, political campaigns, or other high-performance environments. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted extension of the Founder and senior team Manage projects, priorities, action items, scheduling, and follow-through Prepare briefing materials and research for important meetings Coordinate dinners, events, meetings, and other firm initiatives Maintain the firm's relationship systems, databases, and institutional knowledge Business Development & Relationships Help manage and deepen relationships with founders, investors, and strategic partners Support introductions, follow-ups, and network development Help develop events, content, newsletters, and other platform initiatives Represent the firm professionally with external stakeholders Who You Are Highly driven, curious, and eager to learn Exceptional organizational and project-management skills Strong written and verbal communicator Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities Extremely discreet and trustworthy Proactive — you see what needs to be done and do it Why This Role This is a career-building opportunity , not simply a job.
