Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $275,000 $360,000 (experience-based) plus a lucrative bonus program with a first-year guarantee of $50,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 36 beds
• Manage advanced neonatal therapies such as High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Total Body Cooling, and aEEG
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams including cardiology, neurology, ophthalmology, hematology, and endocrinology
• Participate in patient care coverage including potential on-call and weekend shifts
• Engage with a community hospital offering excellent quality of life and professional growth opportunities
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team of 5 neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners

What You Need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Valid medical license in Kansas or ability to obtain one
• At least 1 year of neonatal ICU experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
