Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License required
• ASD endorsement strongly preferred for the Transition Center position
• Experience working in school-based special education roles highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement adaptable lesson plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff
• Assess student progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with state standards
• Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
