Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Collision Center Paint Prepper. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive repair, eager to learn, and possess a keen attention to detail. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing vehicles for the painting process, ensuring that they are ready for a flawless finish. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed. Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address them before the painting process. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. Requirements Previous experience in automotive painting or collision repair is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Motivated to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections in surfaces.
