Facilities Technician - First Shift - kdc/one Columbus

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm


Pay range: $25-32/hr based on experience

At kdc/one , we're looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to help keep our facility safe, efficient, and operating at its best. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different (and never boring!). You'll:
• Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
• Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs
• Read blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly
• Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro
• Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Jump in where needed - teamwork makes the dream work!

What We're Looking For

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

A high school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP environments (bonus!)
A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude
