Prepares and records general ledger account information thru compiling data and analysis. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts. Reports on the monthly and year-to date financial results to management. Interfaces with outside tax and audit consultants. Responsibilities Journal entry preparation Month-end closing General Ledger account reconciliations Accounts Payable recording, processing and payment Reconcile all the loan accounts including the Line of Credit Balancing GL accounting to Billing / accounts receivable software Equity reconciliation Financial statement review and preparation Assist with the budget preparation Special projects as needed Payroll tax reporting as needed Involvement with outside auditors and tax professionals Requirements include overall accounting knowledge Work experience in accounting Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including GAAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
