• Experience: Minimum 1 year Medical-Surgical RN experience; telemetry preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $59.18 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting with expertise in acute care.
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed during shifts.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and monitor patient vitals.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Assist during weekends and rotating holidays.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• At least one year of Medical-Surgical RN experience
• Strong skills in IV starting, patient assessment, and documentation (Epic experience preferred)
• Ability to float between units and adapt to new environments quickly
