Litigation Paralegal- Rockville, MD (2 mos+)

JURISolutions is partnering with our corporate client in Rockville, MD to identify a qualified Litigation Paralegal to support their litigation portfolio.

This paralegal will support the legal department and outside counsel in managing the company's litigation portfolio. Responsibilities include collaborating with attorneys and paralegals on third-party defense matters, subpoenas, and discovery; assisting with service of process; preparing and filing arbitration matters; drafting legal documents, including Settlement and Release Agreements and Termination and Release Agreements; and generating monthly reports for management review. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience . A Bachelor's degree is required and a Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

This position is full-time, onsite, with an anticipated duration of 2 months and the potential to extend.
