Position Summary We are hiring licensed, Qualified Healthcare Professionals (QHPs) to provide personalized DIR Floortime therapy in home-based settings. This position offers flexible hours, competitive compensation, and optional employee benefits for full-time W-2 staff. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one DIR Floortime therapy sessions in the client’s home Conduct initial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans Provide family coaching and support for skill generalization Submit session notes within 48 hours Maintain professionalism and ensure parent/guardian is present at every session Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure high-quality care Qualifications Active NJ license as one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or similar MUST obtain a QHP license (option for QHP license reimbursement for full-time employees) DIR Floortime experience or willingness to train in the model Strong interpersonal skills and professional ethics Ability to travel locally for in-home sessions Reliable documentation habits and comfort with digital systems Compensation & Employment Options Pay: $90 – $120/hour Employment: W-2 or 1099 available Full-time W-2 employees (32+ hours/week) are eligible for: Health benefits Paid time off Ongoing training and support Why Join Direct Floortime LLC?
