License/Certs: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH (CPI available at facility for $100)

Experience: 2+ years ICU RN experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Manage complex patient conditions, including lab work, EKGs, and line placements
• Operate advanced equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, Servo I ventilators, and Edwards Lifesciences cardiac monitors
• Float across ICU, ED, and PACU units, providing flexible, comprehensive care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including COVID-19 isolation requirements
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely

What You Need

Required:

• Valid ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system
• Flexibility to float to various units, including MS/PCU
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
