Employee Relations ManagerWe are hiring an Employee Relations Manager to join a top beauty company in Clearwater, FL. This freelance position will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be hybrid onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).Pay Rate: $50/HRResponsibilities:Partner with regional HR Business Partners and line managers to provide expert coaching on progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and corrective action.Develop and deliver training programs for managers focused on leading with empathy, effective documentation, and labor law compliance.Serve as a subject matter expert on ER issues, providing balanced perspectives that mitigate risk while supporting business objectives.Evaluate current ER intake and investigation processes to identify bottlenecks; design and implement streamlined, scalable workflows.Conduct thorough, objective investigations into high-level or sensitive complaintsAnalyze ER trends to proactively identify key areas within the organization and develop targeted intervention plans.Required Qualifications:3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years dedicated specifically to Employee Relations or Labor Relations in a national or multi-state capacity.Exceptional ability to navigate sensitive conversations with neutrality and empathyInfluential verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting leadershipProject Management: Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives from conception to execution.Experience in retail or the professional beauty industry is highly desirableIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
