Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genie Mental Health Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conducting engaging group therapy sessions that foster connections among clients, enabling them to share their experiences and learn from peers.

• Individual Counseling: Providing personalized therapy that encourages clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while collaboratively developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Creating individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluating client progress using a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods to measure outcomes and adapt treatment as necessary.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, coordinating care, consulting on complex cases, and communicating effectively to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
