Community Manager

To support a growing community of diamond enthusiasts in the USA, the part-time Community Manager will monitor and manage social media discussions, engage with users, and track engagement metrics in a remote, 12-month fixed-term contract role. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage social media discussion threads across various platforms Engage with the community by answering questions and facilitating deeper conversations Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to inform content and strategy Required qualifications Proven experience managing social media or online communities Strong written communication skills with an adaptable tone of voice Interest or knowledge of diamonds, fine jewellery, or luxury lifestyle content Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite or Sprout Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
