Sr. Executive - HR

Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements , including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, etc.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) , employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism and union/workmen-related issues.
- Coordinate and manage internal, external and statutory HR/labour audits , including documentation and closure of observations.
- Manage contract labour compliance and coordinate with contractors on statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives and effective employee communication.
- Coordinate with plant leadership, corporate HR, labour authorities and external consultants as required.
- Coordinate day-to-day plant HR operations , including manpower, attendance, leave, employee lifecycle and HR MIS.

- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations
- Audit handling and compliance management
- Contract labour management
- Employee grievance & disciplinary case handling
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of HR MIS and documentation
