Payroll Analyst I - Corporate

Transfer and calculate multiple payrolls Maintain employee records, including income and deduction codes Perform or assist with payroll duties, adjust errors, and respond to complaints Balance and submit payroll transfers Ensure proper payment of accruals for terminated employees Maintain confidentiality of employee records and business information Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files, including check logs and payroll reconciliation in Oracle Process bi-weekly and weekly payrolls accurately and on time Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure earnings accuracy Process payroll changes correctly Work closely with HR and Accounting on payroll-related issues Maintain effective payroll accounting procedures and complete assigned projects Requirements Knowledge of computer software MS Excel required Oracle and UKG Dimensions experience preferred Ability to work independently Self-starter and energetic Ability to communicate clearly, timely, and accurately High School Diploma required Two years of payroll-related experience, preferably in the gaming industry Ability to maintain effective payroll accounting procedures Ability to complete assigned projects Ability to establish effective working relationships and meet deadlines Computer work Walking, standing, lifting, and sitting Interaction with other departments Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in payroll processing, including accurate calculation and submission of payrolls, maintenance of employee records, and adherence to payroll accounting procedures.
