RN - Case Manager Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Case Management License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Acute Care Case Management Experience (at least 1 year) Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Description:This position is for a Travel RN in Case Management.The unit is a Neuro Step Down area with 40 beds.There are typically 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers on staff.Day shift consists of 1 RN and 1 Social Worker per shift.Patient ratios range from 1:20 to 1:30.Experience with Meditech and Careport is preferred.A self-starter and solution-focused individual is ideal for this role.Collaboration with the team is essential.Candidates with required skills will be considered first.No on-call or floating requirements for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
