As a Wellness Nurse RN, you oversee resident health, strengthen clinical systems, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance across the community. What You'll Do:Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessmentsPerform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trendsFollow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returnsTranscribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentationComplete medication audits and oversee medication program compliancePartner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care DirectorPromote infection control and survey readinessProvide clinical guidance and training to care staffYou serve as a proactive clinical resource preventing decline through assessment, early intervention, and strong documentation oversight.What We're Looking For:Active RN license in good standingGraduate of approved nursing program1+ year experience in senior care or clinical settingStrong assessment, regulatory, and communication skillsWellness Nurse (RN) – Promote Resident Health Through Proactive Clinical Care and Assessment Registered Nurse | RN | Wellness Nurse | Senior Living | Clinical Assessment | Resident CarePay Range: 41.00 - 56.65Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
